Bookings must be made 5 days prior to touring date.

All tour bookings are finalized Fridays at 9:00 pm. Or 3 hours prior to the booked date and start time of the tour.

(The finalization of a tour 3 hours prior to the selected date and start time only applies if the tour was booked over the weekend meaning the Friday cut off time will occur after the tours date and start time. Cancellations less than 3 hours prior to the booked date and time will not be confirmed and there will be no refund.)

Therefore, you must request a cancellation before Friday 9:00pm of the week you purchased your booking or as late as 3 hours prior to the booked date and time of a tour. Any cancellation requests after will not be confirmed and there will be no refund.

IMPORTANT

All personnel intending to operate a motorcycle during the tour must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement. If one chooses to bring their own motorcycle it must have valid insurance and registration and such items must be provided to Atlas Tours LLC for archiving before the tour begins.

• All personnel must arrive 10 minutes prior to booked time for finalizing and rundown of the tour.
• First availability is 8:30 am (MST)
• Latest availability is 3:00 pm (MST)
• Last tour of the day must return by 7:00pm (MST)
